[การพัฒนาบุคลากร]

เมื่อวันที่ 13–21 เมษายน 2568 บุคลากรงานบริการการศึกษา นำโดย คุณธันยธรณ์ วัลไพจิตร ตำแหน่ง นักวิชาการศึกษาชำนาญการ ปฏิบัติหน้าที่หัวหน้าคณะทำงานงานบริการการศึกษา ได้เข้าร่วม การอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในหัวข้อ การยกระดับการให้บริการนิสิต (Student Services Enhancement) ณ Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) เมืองบูดาเปสต์ สาธารณรัฐฮังการี

การอบรมนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการ Master Studies in Sustainable Development and Management (MASUDEM) ภายใต้ความร่วมมือระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒและสหภาพยุโรป

กิจกรรมที่เข้าร่วมระหว่างการอบรม ได้แก่

การเรียนรู้โครงสร้างและระบบการทำงานของศูนย์สนับสนุนนักศึกษา

การเรียนรู้การใช้นวัตกรรม AI เพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนการสอนในระดับอุดมศึกษา

การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมกลุ่มนักศึกษาผู้ให้คำปรึกษา

การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมกลุ่มคณาจารย์ที่ให้คำปรึกษาทางวิชาการ

การศึกษาระบบการสนับสนุนนักศึกษาที่มีความต้องการพิเศษ

การเรียนรู้การจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมภายในมหาวิทยาลัยให้เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ของนิสิต

ผลลัพธ์จากการอบรม

การอบรมครั้งนี้ช่วยให้บุคลากรได้รับแนวปฏิบัติระดับสากลและสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของสหประชาชาติเป้าหมายที่ 4 ด้านการสร้างหลักประกันว่าทุกคนมีการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพอย่างครอบคลุมและเท่าเทียม และสนับสนุนโอกาสในการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต ซึ่งสามารถนำกลับมาปรับใช้เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสนับสนุนนิสิตของคณะเศรษฐศาสตร์ โดยเฉพาะในด้านการให้คำปรึกษาในเชิงจิตวิทยาเบื้องต้น การใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อเสริมประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ และการออกแบบระบบการให้บริการที่ครอบคลุมและตอบสนองต่อความหลากหลายของนิสิตจากคณาจารย์และเจ้าหน้าที่

[Staff Development]

April 13–21, 2025, Educational Services Unit staff, led by Mr. Thunyathorn Valapaichitra, Educator, Professional Level and Head of the Educational Services Unit Commitee, participated in a practical training workshop on “Student Services Enhancement” at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) in Budapest, Hungary.

This program was part of the Master Studies in Sustainable Development and Management (MASUDEM) project under the academic collaboration between Srinakharinwirot University and the European Union.

Activities participated in during the training included:

Learning about the structure and operations of the Student Support Center

Exploring the use of AI innovations to enhance teaching and learning in higher education

Participating in mentor student session

Participating in mentor tracher session

Studying support systems for students with special needs

Understanding how university environments can be designed to support student learning

Outcomes of the training

This training enabled participants to gain international best practices aligned with United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4 Ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all.

The knowledge and experiences gained can be applied to improve student support systems within the Faculty of Economics, particularly in the following areas of basic psychological counseling for students, the use of technology to enhance the learning experience and designing inclusive support services that address the diverse needs of students through both faculty and staff initiatives.
