Training has a direct impact on the organization's productivity and performance. As mentioned earlier, SWU ECON Training from Hungary partner comes to support on training by giving the administrative staffs of the Faculty of Economics a better understanding of their responsibilities and the knowledge and skills they need to do their jobs to support the students. This will improve their confidence which can positively impact performance in the Faculty of Economics.
