Topic 1: Improving Decisions through Behavioral Economics
The training will conclude with a look at ways to mitigate the biases and improve the quality of one’s decisions, resulting in a very thorough and practical overview of these key concepts of behavioral economics.

Topic 2: Strategies for Effective Academic Publishing
The training will focus on such topics as best techniques for target journal identification, manuscript structuring, or peer-review navigation. Also, the ethical aspects of publishing and review process will be discussed. The participants will be also engaged in hands-on activities to build up skills which will increase their publication success.
